REVIEW:

I think i am bipolar after reading this book, it has totally engulfed me within it.
I have read a lot of books but trust me on this that this book is one among my most cherished books ever.
I gave this book a five out of five stars because i haven't read a series that was put into an end that tastefully and wonderfully
So if you haven't read the first and second book of the series i would recommend you to read those only than would you be able to understand this book.

Lets start with the characters, so what i liked in this book was that apart from Will, James and Tessa for obvious reasons was the real importance given to the other characters starting from Charlotte, Henry,Sophia, Gabriel and Gideon who are the Lightwood brothers, Magnus Bane, and of course Mortmain, and even Bridgette the cook. Each of them had a very specific area and they stood out to be really nice , also there was new love angles forming and the new dynamics within ,which was wonderful to read about.

The plot goes around as how Mortmain wants Tessa for his purpose and we come to know why he wants Tessa and what exactly is Tessa. Her powers to shape shift has always been a mystery as she was not a Warlock and here you will discover what exactly she is and why Mortmain needs her alive to complete his purpose, and what exactly his purpose is.

I really loved the love triangle going on in this series between Jem ,Tessa and Will and it was so sad for me because i was so sandwiched between whom to take sides with in this book because here we see a whole new aspect in Will and Jem's character.

The bromance going on is awesome, the term PARABATHAI  itself is so new and fresh and to love each other and be as one soul in two bodies is what Jem and Will are about , and they give a whole new definition as to what brotherly love is.

There are no such negatives about this book that i would pin point except for the fact that the confrontation between the Shadowhunters and Mortmain was really lacking in some extra punch and the automatons he created with demons inside them though sounded super cool didn't really make the action scene too dynamic.

The ending OMGish ....it was perfect and i mean too perfect and on second thoughts i think ' well in real does this happen'  but hey who cares because for me the ending rocked and it was just bewitchingly beautiful.

Now that the series is over i am in grief and delight , in grief because the series is over and i wish i could read this all over again and experience the gushing moments altogether but also i am happy because the book couldn't have ended any better than this.

A book i would recommend everyone...Go grab it...Happy New Year everyone...

“Of course you can have a true Shadowhunter name," Will said. "You can have mine."
Tessa stared at him, all black and white against the black-and-white snow and stone. "Your name?"
Will took a step toward her, till they stood face-to-face. Then he reached to take her hand and slid off her glove, which he put into his pocket. He held her bare hand in his, his fingers curved around hers. His hand was warm and callused, and his touch made her shiver. His eyes were steady and blue; they were everything that Will was: true and tender, sharp and witty, loving and kind. "Marry me," he said. "Marry me, Tess. Marry me and be called Tessa Herondale. Or be Tessa Gray, or be whatever you wish to call yourself, but marry me and stay with me and never leave me, for I cannot bear another day of my life to go by that does not have you in it.”

“Will rose slowly to his feet. He could not believe he was doing what he was doing, but it was clear that he was, clear as the silver rim around the black of Jem’s eyes. “If there is a life after this one,” he said, “let me meet you in it, James Carstairs.”
